Return & Refund Policy for PulseAxis
Thank you for shopping with PulseAxis. I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted for products purchased from https://pulseaxis.lat.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
The product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect (due to an error on my part).
Please note: Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, or due to their nature. This includes:
Digital products (e.g., software, e-books).
Custom-made or personalized items.
Items marked as final sale or clearance.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact me by email at support@pulseaxis.lat with your order number and the reason for the return.
If applicable, I may request photos or a description of the issue to help assess the situation.
Once your return request is approved, I will provide you with the return shipping address and any further instructions.
3. Refunds
After I receive and inspect the returned item:
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
The refund will typically be for the value of the product(s). Unless the return is due to a mistake on my part (e.g., wrong item shipped), the original shipping cost is non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
Items returned after the 30-day window.
Items that are used, damaged due to customer misuse, or not in their original condition.
Non-returnable items as listed above.
Return shipping costs (unless the error was mine).
