Return & Refund Policy for PulseAxis

Thank you for shopping with PulseAxis. I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted for products purchased from https://pulseaxis.lat.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days​ of the delivery date.

  • The product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect (due to an error on my part).

Please note:​ Certain items are non-returnable​ for hygiene and safety reasons, or due to their nature. This includes:

  • Digital products (e.g., software, e-books).

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact me​ by email at support@pulseaxis.lat​ with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. If applicable, I may request photos or a description of the issue to help assess the situation.

  3. Once your return request is approved, I will provide you with the return shipping address and any further instructions.

3. Refunds

After I receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds​ will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5-10 business days​ for the refund to be processed and appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • The refund will typically be for the value of the product(s). Unless the return is due to a mistake on my part (e.g., wrong item shipped), the original shipping cost is non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Items returned after the 30-day window.

  • Items that are used, damaged due to customer misuse, or not in their original condition.

  • Non-returnable items as listed above.

  • Return shipping costs (unless the error was mine).
